Eden Hazard to Real Madrid is reportedly done, announcement scheduled

Eden Hazard looks set to join dream club Real Madrid, and latest reports have indicated that he could be unveiled as their player as early as next week.

Real Madrid are rebuilding a squad after they failed to win any trophy this season and they have made the signing of Hazard their top most priority.

Since moving to Chelsea, Hazard has been a huge part of any success the west London club may have achieved. However, the powerful Belgian attacker has set his sight at furthering his career at the Santiago Bernabue.

He is in the final year of his current contract with Chelsea but he has knocked back offers from the club to fulfill his transfer dream. While the 28-year-old idolises Zidane, the boss also likes Hazard to be a member of his squad.

The Blues are currently serving a two-year transfer ban and may not be willing to sell off their players. However, the Sun has reported that the club owner Roman Abramovich has sanction a move for Hazard to Madrid and they have accepted a fee of £115m for the move.

According to Sportwitness, who sited a report from AS, the deal will be announced next week just before he is unveiled to the fans.

Chelsea play Arsenal in the Europa League final today, Hazard will be looking to win the title again.
