Keita starts, Strongest probable Liverpool 4-3-3 line-up vs Tottenham

Liverpool take on Tottenham Hotspur tonight in the Holy Grail of European football, Jurgen Klopp will feature the best players than can help him clinch the coveted title for the first time in his career.

At the start of the competition, Liverpool never looked like one of the favourites. They lost four games on the road to the final but the incredible come back against Barcelona in the semi-final must have wiped off all the bad defeat memories.

Klopp has earned plaudits for revitalizing the Reds but they are wary that the German tactician has never won a final. However, this presents a second chance for him in the Champions league. Liverpool lost to Real Madrid last season, they wouldn’t want same to happen.

The Reds lost the Premier League title after garnering 97 points, the highest ever by a runner up. The future looks bright but if Klopp fails to win this title, all his efforts would have been in vein.

Liverpool injury news

Roberto Firmino did not feature in the semi-final because of a muscular injury. The Brazilian has since returned and is in contention for this one. Divock Origi did very well in the absence of Firmino but the Brazilian is likely going to start ahead of him.
