Liverpool are preparing an offer for Turkey and Trabzonspor attacking midfielder Abdulkadir Omur, according to reports.
Although Liverpool have not signed any outfield first team player this summer, Jurgen Klopp has revealed the club are looking to sign one before the window is slammed shut.
Sepp van den Berg is the only addition for the team so far but the Reds have been linked with a plethora of players including Nicolas Pepe.
The desire to the Reds to sign a winger/attacker stems from the departure of Daniel Sturridge, who was released as a free agent at the close of last season.
Pepe is in the want of a move away from Lille but the fact that he wont be guaranteed regular game with the Kopite is said to be a huge turn off for him.
And now, according to Fanatic, as cited by Starsports, Liverpool have turned their attention to Omur and they will make an offer for him in the coming days.
The 20-year-old is still tied to a contract with Trabzonspor until 2022 and he is ineligible for a work permit should a deal be struck for him. However, the report claim the Reds are looking sign him and send him back on loan for the whole of next season.
The youngster was on the radar of Liverpool in the January transfer window and they have retained interest in him.
He is valued at 15,00 Mill. €.
