Man United to agree deal for 19-year-old in-demand defender, 2 year contract offered

English giants Manchester United are set to offer a two year contract extension to talented youngster Luca Ercolani in an attempt to ward off interest from abroad, claims the Mirror.

Italian teenage player Luca Ercolani has seen interest from Italian clubs approaching him like waves. The Red Devils, likewise, have moved closer offering the player a two year deal which cements his further stay at the club.

Ercaloni was a key player in for the youth side during the 2018/19 UEFA Youth League. In similar fashion, the 19 year-old has been gaining credibility from scouts as he is being wanted by Italian clubs including SPA and Empoli.

The Red Devils believe the young player is one for the future, and are not ready to lose him to any club as he progresses with his football.

The Old Trafford outfit are also set to offer Andreas Pereira a new deal. The player who has been seldom used by the club is highly admired by manager Ole Gunnar Solksjaer.

The manager wants the Brazilian at Old Trafford for a long time. The 23 year-old has spent large art of his United stay on loan with spells in the Spanish La Liga.

Manchester United will also be looking to sell Romelu Lukaku who is being tracked by Inter Milan. However, the club wants Lukaku’s release clause met before triggering his leave.
